Reserving Sports Facilities on the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus
- Students, faculty and staff members of Hiroshima University, non-university members
*Priority will be given to use by members of the university.
*Restrictions regarding availability etc. may be changed at any time in consideration of the infection status of COVID-19.
Available times etc.
Please refer to the following rules.
*Groups authorised by the university can book for up to three hours. For individual use, bookings can be made for up to two hours.
Procedures for Use
Reservations for use can be made from one week ahead of the application date to the end of the following month. Groups affiliated with the university’s athletic association have priority.
(e.g.: If you apply to use the facilities on Friday, April 1, you may make reservations within the period of Friday, April 8 and Friday, May 31.)
If you are a member of the university,
・Please enter the necessary information in the following application form and upload the schedule sheet.
Documents to be submitted: 【Schedule Sheet】（FilingDate_Month_GroupName）
※When submitting a schedule, please change the file name（Date_Month_GroupName）.File names that do not comply with this will not be accepted.
If you use the facilities for classes or experiments etc., please contact us at the following e-mail address. As a general rule, please contact us at least four weeks prior to your desired date of use. (This is to adjust the schedule if already reserved.)
If you are not a member of the university, please contact us by e-mail.
*Reservation is not confirmed upon sending an e-mail. You will be notified of the availability of your desired date at a later date.
